I found you on Blogger's Blog of Note and you have a very interesting blog!
ReplyDeleteI spent some time in Colorado a couple of years ago (Leadville and Eagle) and it is a beautiful state, although Leadville's altitude was a little much for me. My ears were ringing and popping for days afterward!
I was in Eagle and walked by a charming little cemetery in the mountains and read the gravestones and some were so sad and the inscriptions on the gravestones were so touching. One said something like "dreams died here" on the grave of a young man, I believe. Anyway, I'm sure you have a very interesting time pursuing your genealogical interests. I'm off to read more of your blog!
I found this very interesting. Great postcard.
