…the Story of the Rockies
One Person at a Time
Research Policies and Fee Schedule
Ancestral Journeys is dedicated to
providing you with the highest quality research and reports package, suited to
fit your needs and desires. Every effort will be made to ensure that the end
product will be of satisfaction.
·
Research will be conducted based on a
pre-determined goal, which will be discussed and established prior to the start
of the project.
·
The client will agree to submit all
prior research to Ancestral Journeys for review and evaluation. This will
assist in preventing duplicate research from being done. Any failure to provide
information resulting in duplicate work will still be applied to the final fee.
·
Research will be conducted according to
the standards of the National Genealogical Society, the Association for
Professional Genealogy and the Board for Certified Genealogists. Review their
standards on their websites, or contact us for additional information.
·
Any travel required will be discussed
with the client in advance, and all travel costs are the responsibility of the
client, after written approval has been obtained.
·
Copy costs will be the responsibility
of the client.
·
Any outstanding balance is due
immediately upon conclusion of the project. The client will not receive the
completed project until the balance has been paid in full.
·
Anything found during the course of our
search will be reported… including those familial family skeletons!
